Conditions for Refund

Most new, unused merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided you have a valid proof of purchase. Returns without a valid proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Valid proof of purchase includes:

  • Payment card or digital wallet information
  • Phone number linked to the purchase

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any new, unused merchandise for a refund or exchange.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  3. Visit a Local Store: Bring the item and your proof of purchase to any W.L. Mierkey Inc. store in the US.
  4. Complete the Return: Our team will assist you in processing the return or exchange.

Method of Refund

  • Original Method of Payment: Refunds for purchases made with cash, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets will be issued back to the original method of payment.
  • Gift Cards and In-store Credits: Purchases made with a gift card, refund card, merchandise card, or in-store credit will be refunded as in-store credit.
  • Checks:
  • If returned within 3 days of purchase, the refund will be issued as in-store credit.
  • After 3 days, it may be refunded in cash or in-store credit, depending on refund verification systems.

No Returns Without Proof of Purchase

W.L. Mierkey Inc. does not accept returns without a valid proof of purchase. In cases where you do not have your receipt, we will attempt to validate your purchase using other methods, such as payment card details or your phone number. A valid photo ID may be required for verification.
